This website and service (Nuitee Connect) are owned and operated by Nuitée Travel Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Ireland with VAT/TAX reference IE3388031IH.

By accessing and using Nuitee Connect (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use Nuitee Connect.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Nuitee Connect constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Nuitee Connect provides access to hotel content, availability, pricing, and related travel services as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) / Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Nuitée grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nuitee Connect solely to deliver travel services to your end users, including:

• -Browsing properties,
• -Displaying rates and availability,
• -Enabling bookings through your travel platform.

No other usage is permitted, including but not limited to:

• -Redistributing or reselling Nuitee Connect inventory or data,
• -Mapping Nuitee Connect data to third-party sources or datasets,
• -Using Nuitee Connect data for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or derivative works,
• -Storing, copying, or creating databases from Nuitee Connect data outside the permitted scope.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain reserved to Nuitée.

All Nuitee Connect content, APIs, software, databases, hotel information, property IDs, rates, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Nuitée Travel Limited.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• -You do not acquire any ownership rights to Nuitee Connect or its data.
• -You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright markings.
• -Unauthorized use of Nuitee Connect data constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may also amount to infringement of copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights.

You must not use Nuitee Connect in any of the following ways:

• -To redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit Nuitee Connect data beyond the scope of permitted travel services.
• -To build, train, or enrich third-party datasets, machine learning models, or mapping systems.
• -To scrape, harvest, or bulk-download inventory.
• -To interfere with or attempt to bypass technical restrictions, authentication, or rate limits.
• -To engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading practices.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to Nuitee Connect, but we do not guarantee continuous availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Nuitee Connect at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuitée disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nuitee Connect.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuitée, its directors, and employees against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of Nuitee Connect or breach of these Terms.

If we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms, we may:

• -Issue a warning,
• -Suspend or terminate your access to Nuitee Connect,
• -Pursue legal remedies, including damages and injunctive relief,
• -Report your actions to relevant authorities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and applicable European Union law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
